RIVIERA

Hi 🙂 I’m Lou Velvet.

Music feels like a second language to me – one that doesn’t need to explain anything, yet still says it all. Electronic music is my way of switching off my head and just doing. When I’m playing, it sometimes feels like Tetris in the dark – everything falls into place somehow, and suddenly it all fits. My sound lives somewhere between House, Disco, Electro, and Techno – I love blendingthese elements into a natural flow that drives, surprises, and pulls you in. I enjoy playing with contrasts – sometimes gritty and raw, sometimes playful and warm. Perfection is overrated. Not every track has to be flawless, like a Barbie – I’m not one either, and honestly, music shouldn’t be that plastic. Sometimes it’s the little scratch in the sound that sticks with you. What I want to create are spaces where people feel free – to move, to let go, to just be. I don’t adapt – but I do listen. Every night is different, every place brings its own energy. That’s what I love about it: creating something unique in the moment. Music, for me, is a conversation. I put something in – and get so much back.
