Jex Opolis, the Canadian multi-instrumentalist, composer, vocalist and DJ, is a unique voice in the contemporary electronic music landscape.

Classically-trained from a young age in piano and guitar, Jex’s work organically fuses traditional melodic song craft with meticulous electronic production. Along with self-releasing work on his own Good Timin’ label, Jex has released a slate of well-received 12-inch singles on European imprints such as Dekmantel and Running Back. With a catalog that spans club, home listening and pop music, Jex’s melodically-driven and emotive works place him in a category all his own.
